Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) – a 12 step group for all people choosing to achieve sobriety from alcohol through support, encouragement, and accountability.  People from all ages are welcome. This group meets at Foothills Tuesday and Thursday evenings throughout the year from 7–9 pm.  The last Thursday of the month is a speaker meeting.  If you would like more information, please contact Susan.

Homecoming – A peer–led 12 step group for men choosing victory over pornography, lust, internet sites, and other sexually addictive behaviors. This group runs throughout the year and participants are welcome to join at any time.  Mentorship is an important part of the Homecoming program.  The group meets at Foothills Wednesday evenings from 7-9 pm.  For more information, please email Calgary_Group@yahoo.ca.  If Wednesdays don’t fit your schedule, other groups are available on other weekday evenings throughout the city.  Information about them can be obtained through prodigalsinternational.org .

GriefShare - GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. You’ll gain access to valuable GriefShare resources to help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding your life. Participants will need to purchase a workbook ($15) from facilitator at first meeting. To find out the current schedule, please contact Susan.

Financial Peace University - All of us deal with money and in today’s consumer culture of bigger is better and now, it’s hard to find financial peace. Money issues are often the biggest source of marital breakdown. Whether you’re single, engaged, married, feeling broke or counting your financial blessings, come learn and grow in Biblical Stewardship. What will you learn in Financial Peace University? In 12 action- packed lessons, you'll learn how to beat debt, build wealth, find bargains, invest for the future, give like never before, and much more! To find out when the next session is, please contact Susan .  Volunteer mentors are available to meet on an individual basis in-between courses.
