Room Bookings

For regular room bookings at Foothills Alliance, please follow these steps:

Step 1
Please familiarize yourself with the following documents:

• Foothills Alliance Rental Policy
• Foothills Alliance Food Policy
• Facility Rental Rates and the map below to see if the room you're interested in fits your needs

Step 2

• Download the Booking Request Form.  Complete this document with as much detail as possible and email it to the Bookings Coordinator.
• The Bookings Coordinator will contact you as soon as possible.
• You will receive a preliminary Booking Confirmation form from the Coordinator
  

Step 3

• To confirm a reservation, the Bookings Coordinator will require a signed copy of the Church Rental Policy and Booking Confirmation, as well as any pertinent deposits
