Room Bookings
For regular room bookings at Foothills Alliance, please follow these steps:
Step 1
Please familiarize yourself with the following documents:

Facility Rental Rates and the map below to see if the room you're interested in fits your needs
Step 2

Download the Booking Request Form. Complete this document with as much detail as possible and email it to the Bookings Coordinator.

The Bookings Coordinator will contact you as soon as possible.

You will receive a preliminary Booking Confirmation form from the Coordinator
Step 3

To confirm a reservation, the Bookings Coordinator will require a signed copy of the Church Rental Policy and Booking Confirmation, as well as any pertinent deposits
